QTMB identified that future success depended on strengthening their current offer and the evolution of the branch network.

Providing a branch network and branded experience that encompasses greater automation technologies and a refined sales service culture would ensure QTMB is future proofed.

To bring the rebrand to life within the physical, customer facing environment, we created a design that felt more personalised with open plan zones centred around a central kitchen island style hub where customers were welcomed by staff.

Careful consideration was given to every detail including custom wall treatments, clever integrated navigational signage and discreet integration of technology to make all areas of the space feel approachable.
