Spark wanted to create store environments that delivered an experience to connect customers to their products.
We translated their brand strategy into a new retail experience strategy to attract, engage and immerse customers in the lifestyle the products facilitated.
We created a blueprint for store zoning, signage, display and activations and brought this to life each month across the flagship store network.
Themed display, content and experiences were created and rolled out to the network bi monthly, a model that continues to be the blueprint today.
